From finding to closure

  1. Spot the finding.

    On the question that failed, tap «Action». The action already knows which inspection and which point it comes from.

  2. Assign an owner and a date.

    Write the title and description and pick the owner, due date and priority. If the owner has an email address, they get an email notice about the action (emails are sent in Spanish for now).

  3. Follow up until it's closed.

    The list shows which actions are open, which are past their date and which are completed. When you close one you can attach photos as proof.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create an action without an inspection?

Actions start from a question in an inspection, so they stay linked to the finding, the place and the date where it was found.

What does an overdue action mean?

Its due date has passed and it hasn't been marked as completed yet. It shows in red in the list and on the home dashboard.

Does the owner get a notice?

Yes. If they have an email address on file, they get an email with the title, due date and priority. Emails are sent in Spanish for now.

Can I see the history by month?

Yes. The actions list filters by year and month and shows how many are open, overdue and completed.
